Mine broke under a harness clamp (wire was pinched) sort of below the coil -- took awhile to figure that out. FWIW -- To fill and bleed, I use a generic (3-4 lbs) electric fuel pump to pump coolant directly from the 1 gal. bottle into the inlet/outlet on the (closed) expansion tank cap. Have the rad bleed screw open and the wife up front watching for the coolant to appear. Fill, run, check -- rinse, repeat as needed. A bit like the Bong only not as cool looking I'm sure. Geo |
