Keep in mind, that certain items were offered differently in the US Market as opposed to Canadian and European Markets. KPH models *may* have had the clusters complete, but I have no documentation to substantiate it. They may have had these available as an "internally listed" item not shown on the parts fiche, viewable/orderable from a Parts Bulletin internally circulated at VAG.
