Subject:   Front Door Window Crank Replacement
Content-Type:   text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

I just ordered a new (black) window crank replacement for my 85 vanagon's passenger side front door, but can't for the life of me figure out how to replace the existing one. The Bentley manual doesn't really help and I can't find anything online to help me with this.

Does anyone have experience doing this? Should the plastic be pried off? Is it just glued on there? Do I have to take any parts of the door apart to replace it?

Zach
