My experience has been that used parts for the power steering system are a waste of time and money. I have four used PS pumps and two PS racks and all are junk. I generally try to use new/rebuilt parts on all wear items like wheel bearings, CV's, Alts, PS racks, etc, except when pushed into a corner. Had lots of issues in recents months and was pressed on the PS parts so gave them a try. Waste of time and money. I don't recommend that approach.
