making small mistakes is a serious part of major mechanics. Everyone does it. You deserve to think that that's an isolated little problem which could be as simple as not torquing down that particular head nut, or forgetting sealant at that spot. I suggest first you check it's torque. If it's correct, pop it off and goop it up. Now put it back together and start the engine. Just think of all the systems and bolts/nuts you've worked with..... isn't it fair to have had one mistake?

Pat yourself on the back that it fit back together! That's a serious accomplishment in it's own sense.

There's nothing we can't fix. Some things just take more time.
