Hi Jack,

Take some photos to your local automotive graphics supplier or sign shop and have them make all new graphics. A good shop should be able to match the colour and design pretty closely without it costing an arm and a leg. Even if you could find an OEM graphics kit; there is no way that I'd want to risk applying something with twenty year old adhesives on it.
