Nope. Don't need to deal with the 42mm hub nut. The brake drums come off with just a couple of 11mm bolts. Those bolts only hold the drum in place when the wheel is off, since the wheel will act as a BIG clamp, once on and torqued. Brake jobs can be done around the hub, and it avoids the removal headaches, and the possibility of getting brake dust and other undesirables in the rear bearings.
