Are you talking about interior, exterior, or both? For interior, in our damp climate, I clean it with a bleach/TSP solution every 4-5 years to remove any mildew. I remove upper cushions, and use lots of old towels to catch drips, then scrub with a soft brush and rub with cloths, and rinse with clean water using cloths. Best to do during clear, warm weather to allow a few days to dry completely with top up.
