Hi Kevin, I am still in the middle of getting my CA Syncro smogged, it has been months, just haven't worked on it until I started again lately. So far over $600 into it, the last few steps are put in new spark plugs, a new cat, and then go to the test with some "heet" in the tank -- supposed to help. Maybe we can share stories, I have no idea what "dilution" means.
