Just curious if this is the prevailing wisdom - I've got torn boots on both sides of the rear shifter linkage, plus a torn boot where the linkage enters the tranny (but not torn on the side closest to the tranny). Do I worry about this as a "must-replace-before-summer" item, and do bushings in addition to boots? Van shifts like butter currently. More worrisome on underside inspection is wetness on one of my power steering hoses.
