My Coleman sits on the floor between the battery boxes, pointed rearward. Being catalytic the exterior sides do not get very hot (more like rather warm) and naturally there is no open flame. I only use it once I am up & around (wife still under covers) to take the chill off the morning. Used thusly I have never had a concern about oxygen or condensation. Camping in the high desert one can have single-digit mornings on what will turn out to be a comfortable day. Geo |
