Subject:      Redux on the Gas Return line bypass

Can someone send me via pmail the subject line or link for the return
gas line bypass that was discussed a week or so ago.  It sounded like
an older modification and might've come from Samba, I don't
remember.  I'd like to do that mod, but would like to do it correctly
and not cause more problems.  Specifically, I'm wondering if the
return line needs to tee in upstream of the pre-pump in line filter
or downstream of it, since not all Vanagons have them
