Well excuse me Ben  Maybe I should have said asian - american cars, as  it
seems a lot of them are made in the USA now.. I tend to use short hand when
possible.  This isn't your normal vannie starter,  normally the  contacts
wear out in them, easy to replace if you can find the right ones. there  are
about 6 different contacts .Easy to replace you just have to be careful
