Vanagon Lifter Syndrome - not to worry. Lifters commonly go flat on these vans. Just run the thing. It will pump back up in a few minutes/few miles.

Changing oil filter to a Mann or Mahle filter, plus Mobil One 15-50 synthetic oil also helps.
