Although the other, more knowledgeable answers explain why this might be a temporary fix only, what worked for me was unscrew it from the van, tighten the nut that is visible when you take it off, put it back on. I don't understand the system (having never taken one apart) well enough to know if tightening it like I'm saying is ever a good idea. It has worked for me, so far.
