Hard to say. These are most likely rebranded batteries, "Stinger" not being a company big enough to get someone to build a bespoke line of batteries for them. Rating batteries by "5-second bursts" is not very helpful unless one is planning to suck all the power out of the battery in 5 seconds. Slow and steady is how an aux battery is generally used, and that's where your gen-u-wine deep cycle batteries, a la Trojan (and others) come into play. Since the emphasis in the tech literature is on low internal resistance, fast discharge, they are unlikely to have the heavy lead plates of a real deep cycle battery, but rather the thinner lead plates of a general-purpose starter batteries, not unlike what Sears and Walmart sell. However, they do have flashy labels! -- Mike "Rocket J Squirrel" Elliott 84 Westfalia: Mellow Yellow ("The Electrical Banana") 74 Westrailia: (Ladybug Trailer company, San Juan Capistrano, Calif.)
