my 2 cents..
I'd put window rust bubbles into two categories :
those that you can treat with window glass and seal in place,
and those where you remove glass and seal.
what I do with a paint bubble, is pick at it. Like a zit.
I pick away all the paint and rust.
If I get to metal with no hole, then I treat and paint that spot, fist with
rust converter, then primer, than touch up paint to match the body color.
if there's a small hole...I fill that in with an epoxy-like material that
cures hard, then treat and paint.
I do either of these by lifting up the rubber seal edge and working under
there as best I can.
if it's glass and seal out ..then treat it like body cancer rust, and repair
however you wish ..welding, epoxy in new metal etc.
there must be lots of pictures of doing that on the internet, I'd think.
