Look where Mark said. If that's not obviously it, get your voltmeter out and find out where the missing voltage is while someone cranks for you. Measure from ground to battery neg, neg to pos, pos to starter, starter to ground. When you've got the general area, measure from terminal to connector and connector to wire to localize it.
