A somewhat more urgent (though a bit specialized) caution is to avoid drinking tea with lemon or other acidic (especially hot) drinks from Styrofoam cups. Because of the high surface area of the foam beads, quite a noticeable amount of styrene ends up in your tummy, which isn't where it was meant to be.
