I put in my new tank, with the 11mm outlet. Feeding a hose strait to the pump, and installed a big filter after the pump.

There was a giant hole in the top of my tank, crap inside the tank, and my fuel pump is now QUIETTTT Anyone who has a noisy fuel pump, look for these type of problems!!!!

All is good.
