Have done this at the request of a friend. The 2-person front bench will fit the tracks on the passenger side. You just need to add a seatback support. Westies do not have the steel bulkhead which normally support the seatback on these benches.

Unless the passengers were amputees, this would not work. Zero leg room.

Instead of the optional single middle seat, you could install a 2- person bench from a regular van. These are similar to the ones offered as an option on Westies. The main difference is the lack of armrest on the galley side.

I believe that gives you 5 seats so far including the driver. Add two more in the rear bench with a possible 3rd in a pinch and you've got the 7-8 person capacity that you seek.

As David Beierl suggests, you might want to consider much smaller friends. Either that or get more HP.
