And of those tires, I've used the 14" Nexen and Yokos.

No comparison in terms of dirt road or snow use. Yokos are better.
But..... I would hesitate to drive the Yokos in really snowy, icy etc.
conditions. But on mostly level roads in Winnipeg in Winter? Maybe
Yokos ok?

My next tires purchase will likely be Nokians.
