It's the USA right?  Everything is about litigation!  The next legislation
will require all occupants to wear fire suits and full face helmets.  Seems
logical since it would reduce injuries...

Personally, I don't mind wearing a seat belt when I drive, or a helmet when
I ride.  I do mind the government saying I have to.
