Gross Vehicle Weight Rating -- i.e. the maximum VW thinks the beast should weigh fully loaded, in pounds. GAWR are for the two axles, front and rear.

Owner's manual says if you're driving a Syncro off-road you have to take 440 pounds from the GVWR.
