Don, Go to a motorcycle shop and pick up a cable luber. They slip over the cable and seal the end of the housing, you stick the nozzle of a can of spray lube into it, and spray away. One of these should force lube most of the way through the cable housing. They cost about $10, and work well on bicycle cables as well. Don
