I removed the bottom cushion without a problem, but I didn't have the crazy, novelty sized phillips to undo the top half. Drove down to my parents to get phillips. We spent a hour trying to break lose those four @#$%& screws that were rusted in place without stripping them. After that, the frame came out. Popped open the rear heater cover and noticed a colored liquid under the heavy duty mat which lead to the heater. I think I'll discuss the heater situation under another thread. Thanks for the help guys, I'd probably would have tried to remove the seat with the cushions on and be cussing up a storm.---- Milt

a Z -bed rear seat ? f it's one of those , very nicely..... each cushion parts unbolts or nscrews from the frame mechanism. arge phillips screws for the back portion. 3mm hex head bolts for the bottom cushion. remvoe those, and the frame part is fairly light and easy to dea with, and retty much comes right out. scott ww.turbovans.com

ello, I thought I'd better check with the group before I do this. I'm in he middle of sound deadening the van and need to get at the rear quarter anel which is blocked by the rear seat. The bench seat is a fold-out bed. s this an easy job, or a spring loaded nightmare to put back in place? It eems that I'd have to fold the bench forward to get at the front bolts. What is the removal procedure? ---Milt
