kinderspiel... I loaded my old '82 (I4, 90 amp alt.) with 2 X 100 watt high beams, and an aircraft sourced (not saying what airlines) 250 W spot. that's 450 watts of fun. pretty minor league as it goes, but the spot really shone down the road for miles, especially welcome travelling on secondary hwy from Drumheller to Dinosaur Prov. Park. alistair currently (ha ha) with 2 X100/80, and 2 X 55 (aux lights)

Just incidentally, on a 2.1l running 100 watts in the outer and 55 watts in the inner lights, you're putting approaching half a horsepower of light down the road (most of it infrared, unfortunately) and consuming about a third of the alternator's capacity.
