Hi there -

I am selling both decouplers and solid shafts - all hand made in Germany. About a quarter of all the people who buy from me also buy a solid shaft, but it is not required for the decoupler, rather the other way around - if you want to run a solid shaft, you need a decoupler. The best setup is highly debated, but often people who run the syncro in sand see the decoupler plus solid shaft as the best, while the snowchasers use decoupler plus VC or aggressive VC. If you are interested in a decoupler or solid shaft, my business email is decouplers@gmail.com or call 510 - three eight one - 1567 . I am in Boulder, Colorado.

thanks Florian
