I just picked up a set of 60 LED's fully solar powered for $25 (Home
hardware in town, no shipping!  And that's CDN$).  Charger/battery head that
can be stuck anywhere and the LED's are always good to go.  I'll be setting
it all up with magnet mounts so that it can be used in or out of the van...
