Passing strange. You might check again, they changed some rules a couple months ago about who's qualified.

Ok, you've gotten a bum steer; I just checked with them. Your're welcome to have either or both if you otherwise qualify. Give 'em a call 800 531-8722 (0 will cut through the menu layers pretty well). Or go to usaa.com.

Incidentally, my folks' house was from 1905 and had knob-and-tube (safe unless you touch a life contact), the armored stuff -- BX I guess (questionable depending on install date) and Romex wiring. They insured it from '74 to '07 with no complaints.
