No. You do not. It might be a good time to check the crankshaft end play, but I would not change it.

The shims control the end float of the crankshaft. They go on the other side. (Between the flywheel and the crankshaft.) The machining on a flywheel is on the side away from the crank.

As long as it's the same flywheel being mated to the same crankshaft, I would not change a thing. (Which I am doing in the morning.)
