I have one pair of drive-on's that I use in conjunction with jackstands. Drive up one end, then jack up the other and put jack stands under it. I like having the ramps instead of four jack stands - just more stable that way. Of course four ramps would be even more stable.

Maybe four ramps and just jack the vehicle and put the ramps under the wheels might work for stability's sake. Eliminates the slipping that can occur trying to drive up the things, and having all four on ramps would be very stable. You could also put boards under the ramps to get more elevation. Having all four wheels on the ramps on boards and getting elevation that way would be more stable than getting higher elevation with jack stands.
