Do you have to pull really hard to get the last bit (8" or so) of
travel to close the pop-top?


Mine lifts better with these (now my wife can raise the top) but it is
much harder to close (now she can't close it).


Wondering if this is normal or if something is binding.  Don't really
want to lube the joints as most lubes will end up migrating to &
staining the canvas.
