I think the whole word is 'plastic' now, and they have never made plastic
beauty rings yet that i've seen.

but otherwise it would be Pep Boys, Shcuck's ...discount type stores.
I'm sure Hub Cap Johnny's in Oakland Ca has them .

check online..must be many vendors selling that kind of stuff still.
Don't like them at all myself, kinda cheesy looking.

perhaps with wide white wall tires ?
