It can be the temp II sensor (blue one on thermostat housing), but it
can also be the ground strap that goes to the head on the driver's side
(broken), the grounds on the head are messed up, or the wiring between
the temp II plug and the ECU has gone bad. I have seen all of these
problems. A Bentley Manual and an ohm meter will help you find the
problem quickly and easily.
