I'd say just make your own patterns out of cardboard... super easy, and free.... like if the first template isn't right, so what, just cut out another one from cardboard until you get the shape you like. And there is endless free cardboard laying around.

but then....hey ....this cardboard is perfect ...what if I just coated it with say ....fiberglass resin ..? and I painted it flat black first, then made it water-proof and stiffer a bit with the fiberglass resin .. why heck , that would be as good or better than original , for almost no dollars or effort even.

Mine rubber "mounts" are shot and don't seem available any where. Are people just using rubber washers? Also, my right (drivers) side cardboard air deflector missing and the left (passenger) side seems damaged. I found a post in the archives that mentioned using corrugated plastic sign material-great idea. Anyone have a pattern for these? Thanks,John
