Yup, that was me, but I do not have a pattern, per se. Just do the same as I did. Trace the one piece you have onto whatever material you are going to use. If it is damaged, look at where it goes, and guess at what is missing. After you get the one side corrected, after cutting and fitting, use that as your pattern for the other side, but trace it from the other side - flip it over. They will need modifications to fit, anyway, so cut them a little large, and trim until you are happy with them. When I made mine, they were of a bright blue plastic. I painted them black. They still look good more than three years later! ________________________________ From: John Reynolds <transporterjr@YAHOO.COM> To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Sent: Sun, May 30, 2010 2:20:30 PM Subject: Radiator rubber mounts - cardboard air deflectors Mine rubber "mounts" are shot and don't seem available any where.  Are people just using rubber washers? Also, my right (drivers) side cardboard air deflector missing and the left (passenger) side seems damaged. I found a post in the archives that mentioned using corrugated plastic sign material-great idea.  Anyone have a pattern for these? Thanks,John
