Simple. Get a tool that can slide between the hose and the pipe and move it around to free it, then it will come off. The tool is available at Harbor Freight, it's call radiator hose removing tool. But I have made one myself by bending an old screw driver to an L shape, after I have sharpened the end of it. Zoltan
