A traveling friend of mine and his wife are currently in Santa Rosa, NM and having problems with their 84 (?) Westy: "...pulling a good 10 mile hill the fuel started flowing poorly. It kept cutting out and sputter back to life. This went on for the next 70 miles." He plans to leave early tomorrow (Saturday) morning to get to Amarillo, TX in hopes of finding a mechanic to sort it out. If anyone can offer help or shop recommendations in the area, I will pass along the info to him. Much appreciated. Thanks, James V 86 Syncro Westy, etc |
