I used those ramps for years under my 71 aircooled bus. The only time the ramps skittered away was when the tires first started to scrunch them. Once the tire was on them they stayed put, they never moved once the van was on them, though turning the steering wheel when the van was on the ramps caused audible scrunching noises.
