Thing is we already covered all of this - like Dave said - and the way I recall it the majority of those who weighed in on the topic preferred the G rating over anything else. That my not be my personal opinion, but that was the general consensus of the list - so that's the way it is. As far as being "over moderated" goes - well I disagree there as well. Does anyone recall exactly what the list was like when Jim had finally reached the end of his rope? Again, if I recall correctly, for a few days there it looked like there wouldn't be a list at all - or at least not one that functioned at all. Now anyone who knows me knows I'd prefer higher than G rating - I also used to have a tendency to start and participate in many off topic posts - however like I said before the group as a whole wants a G rated mostly On Topic list - so the people have spoken - and I'm cool with that. -- Thanks, Jeff '85 GL (Gertie) '90 Carat (Grover - the noble parts donor) '86 (We call this one Scrap) '78 Bus (Melissa) Patty's Bus |
