Plus, logistics usually coincide with needs.  When I'm really "out," say at

nobody cares what my hair looks like, etc.  When I have to go to town for a
meeting, then there is a branch of Anytime Fitness for me to use, and I can
resemble folks who just commuted and hour and a half to work.
