All that discoloration on the flywheel means the clutch has been slipping or someone's driving habits are not ideal. All that blue means it may not be able to be cut, has to be ground. As a step flywheel the pressure plate mounting has to also be cut.

The input shaft needs to be replaced. I will bet the release bearing operating shaft (fork) also needs replacement.

Since the pilot bearing failed, the clutch disc has run out of alignment. Replace the clutch set.
