I suggest that "China" will do nicely. As to Harbor Freight, if one were to call it "Landlocked Freight" or make some pun on the name that would be (more or less, depending on your taste) witty. But identifying it as "China Freight" raises the question of why one would do so if there were not some emotional loading to the term. Nu?
