don't you have a skylight screen and sunshade? I got both when I bought my camper used, and I thought it came standard. I guess it's an item that could easily get lost or worn out, but mine is 19 years old and quite servicable (I do wish it fit better). It's use is described in the owner's manual, and I don't remember the term "optional" being with the description. DMc
