Dear *Caveat emptor*

excellent point ... the usa has very specific rules on import of a vehicle

i have only skirted the issue as i was exporting ... permission required to export .. and further more permission could not be requested with out vehicle being at least for three days in usa ... moreover permission to import into canada could not be requested if vehicle was already in canada ...

there were some even more funny rules about going into the usa with vehicle if vehicle might be there longer than temporary

seller may or may not have any idea about these rules as seller brought in to usa on temp permit which typically forbids sale of vehicle while in the usa ...

imagining now the scenario where an illegal person driving an illegal vehicle in arizona ...

as a mater of fact i think it is only permissible when you have married an owner of a service station who has locations in every state and county ...and the mariage can not be just to gain a vehicle sale ...

seriously tough the real trouble would begin if there were a tragic incident involving loss of life and your insurance (if you could get it ) were to refuse to pay ... start counting the millions out ... yours
