speak to border services or go to http://search.cbp.gov/query.html there are many specific results depending on where the vehiclle comes from and the nationality of importer you can imagine a person of certain extraction trying to import from a country that may or may not be cool to border services ... sort of the reverse of who can buy adobe software yours
