Good excuse to buy a MIG too! <grin> There's some "how-to's" with pics on the samba.com Maybe something here? http://tinyurl.com/2atkdqx I'd suggest practicing your tack welds on the old part. AFAIK, if done right no harm will come to the new bushing parts when tacking. Neil.
