This is beyond what I know.  My *guess* is that if it goes away and
stays away, you've gotten away with it.

If you get the wrench horizontal, and stand on the very extreme end
of it with 180 lb / 82 kg that will give you the correct torque.  The
wrench has to be horizontal.

If they're moving against each other they're certainly not doing each
other any good.
