try the lube they've been talking about ..the Wurth one. or any good spray lube. On window tracks I tend to use spray silicone lube. It is 'normal' to spray-lube on dozens of points on vanagons on average, about 10 times a week. ... not 10 times on each of the almost hundred plus some spots that need it .. but as you get at those hundred some spots.....about 10 shots of lube per week is about average, here and there.
